  Ok hotel for staying a couple of days

  The hotel lies a bit outside of the city centre (approx. 4km, 15min by bike). The room are simply furnished but very clean. Staff is very friendly and offers help if needed. There is no WIFI on the ground floor (except for the reception area).

  Pleasant hotel near the park

  The hotel welcomed us pleasantly when we arrived for one night, and was very helpful in telling us how to get to the town centre and the attractions to be found there. They were happy to transact business with us in German but made it clear that had we preferred to do so in English they would have been equally happy to do so. The park opposite made for a pleasant stroll after a long drive to get to the town. We went to visit the old town, by car, which was a very attractive old German town, partially restored and ate a pleasant meal there at a reasonable price. The hotel was pleasantly roomy and all on one floor so taking all the suitcases to the room in one trip was easy. There was plenty of room to park at the hotel. Breakfast was adequate (and we had plenty worse elsewhere before we got home) and was located in their bar /restaurant in a separate building outside, which was quite dark. Overall an excellent start to a long trip

  Perfect hotel for our visit to Stralsund and area

  Good basic hotel for anybody travelling this area by car. A very ordinary but satisfying restaurant is on site. The staff were friendly and answered all of our questions. I would say this spot provided good value for money.

  Quiet place outside of the city

  This quiet hotel is located ca. 4 miles outside of Stralsund. It is situated in a garden district, but there are also those big apartment complexes from the GDR time nearby. Reception staff very friendly, and our bus could park outside very easily. Room quite spacious, and beds very nice. Flat tv, fridge in the room. Wifi worked well in the room as well. Negatives: no warm water until 6:30 a.m. Our shower did not work properly, the head was broken. On Sat. morning I mentioned it to the staff, but nothing was done all day. In the evening, I inquired, and the staff said, yes, the shower head was broken, but they had not done anything all day. This is a fairly modern hotel, but the old GDR time is still noticeable (curtains, chairs, overall decor). We received an excellent dinner as part of the room deal. Breakfast was ok, but could have been a little better.

  Muy agradable

  Nuestra habitación era muy acogedora y transmitía sensación de calidez . Dispone de nevera . Buen aparcamiento . El único pero es que está lejos del centro pero , si tienes coche , es una opción estupenda.
