  Great location, near the best beaches like Wailea and Makena. Furniture a little old but real nice unit, FREE COVERED PARKING!! The management is not in the property but when I need something they take care right away to fix the problem. Very recomended!!!!

  Great Location

  The resort is across the street from Kamaole Beach II, which is my favorite beach in Kihei. There are several good restaurants in walking distance. The pool and BBQs on the resort are very nice. The kitchen in the unit was well appointed and we would be happy to stay here again!

  Great place and location!

  We really enjoyed our stay here. Cat at the front desk was the absolute BEST! She had such a great spirit and was beyond friendly and helpful. She truly made our stay that much better with her kindness. The rooms could probably use updating, but we dont mind that type of stuff too much. It was also super easy to check in after hours. We enjoyed the small town feeling of the location and loved having the beach across the street. We visited the Hawaiian Moons store down the street often for their vegan goodies. This location isnt far from the airport either which was convenient. We would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay.

  Outstanding service

  When you make a booking, you wonder if it will be good. This condo exceeded expectations. We had a spacious 2 bedroom unit overlooking the pool. Sure the property is a little aged, many of us are! The rooms make up for it. They are fully renovated with brand new kitchens that have everything that you need, and even what you did not know that you needed, and very comfortable bedrooms. This property is not sitting on a beach, it is sitting on sunset. This property has proximity to everything Souk Maui. Wailea or Polo or Ekahi are 5-10 minutes, and with no traffic. If you want to go to Hana or Haleakala you are on the road, not dealing with Westside traffic. What made this property very special was the service. From the minute I called, Dawn took care of us. Dawn ensured that we were placed in a unit that suited us, and made sure that we were happy. If anything was needed, it was almost immediate. The service was outstanding. Dawn is a credit to them.

  Quaint, quiet and close to the beach

  The mature landscaping and location set off from the street makes this a restful resort in walking distance to the Kihei beaches. The double glass pocket doors from the sitting area to the bedroom are nice to look at but if your traveling companion doesn't have the same sleep schedule and likes to read or watch TV at night that can pose a challenge to the early sleeper. That said, we had an enjoyable and relaxing week at the Banyan.
