  Limpio, buen servicio, agradable y vistas preciosos

  Un hotel con cierto encanto por su ubicacion. Muy arriva en el monte con buenas vistas. Tiene pscina preciosa clinatizada. Habitaciones muy bien, linpia, ducha muy amplia, tranquilidad. Muy bien. Reservamos por ka tarde y pudimos venir enseguida estando a 10 minutos de distancia. Supermercados cerca tambien y bajar a Bernkastel-Kues te toma 3 minutos en coche

  Little dated but Good place to stay

  Stayed at this hotel a number of times over the last four years, including a family stay with my wife and teenage daughters. Granted the room decor is a little dated and could do with upgrading but they are clean and functional. The pool is nice and modern with plenty of loungers with complimentary towels and robes. The saunas are good (albeit you're expected to go naked!). Food is good, staff friendly and speak broken English. Clientele is mainly older generation and at times hotel seems half full. Quite a distance from town of Bernkastle-Kues so 25 min walk through vineyard (45 mins back as steep uphill) or 10 taxi ride. Overall enjoyed our stay as a base that was clean, friendly and decent facilities.

  2 night stay - July 2019

  As others have said hotel is somewhat dated and does remind you of past times. It is , however, very clean. Bed linen and towels fresh and crisp. Swimming pool and sauna area a great addition to the facilities. We had our first night meal here and to be honest, it was rubbish. Starter a mixed up concoction of chicken and mushroom and a strange sauce, main course a piece of pork in a sauce and served with TINNED vegetables and the desert a frozen strawberry sponge thing with tinned strawberries on the side. Very poor, Breakfast not much better, cooked breakfast selection dried up scrambled eggs and greasy bacon and sausages and the cheeses and cold meats seemed to be poor quality and the fruit selection, some timed salad and over ripe fresh . Again though the table linen immaculate and the staff friendly. Wide open spaces all around and very quiet location. Easy driving to Bernkastel which is beautiful. For the price - Good value, but food quality lets it down.

  Very Good value for the money

  We have been to this hotel about 3-4 times and we are Always very satisfied with the service-the apartment size-the breakfast and the swimming pool. They have the largest free parking outside.. i dont think the parking will ever Get filled up. Must be room for 300 cars. The hotel facade is a bit outdated as the hotel was built in 1980-83 i think.i think IT is very charming with the retro wall2wall carpets everywhere. The breakfast is Good.. They have magnuficent coffee and the scrambled eggs tasted Good. Keep up the Good work kitchen staff. We had an apartment wich i can recomend if you are2+++ persons. Apartment with kitcenette was very spacious. TV in the apt was very Old and should be thrown away.. wifi woked exellent and was very strong in all of the hotel. Swimmingpool area was Nice and clean. The hotel had elevators. If you like charming retro hotels like this you should hurry up and try Moselpark hotel before ITS too late. I think They are closing up in september for total renovation.

  Avoid at all cost!

  Unless you want to experience a trip back to the 80ies, poor service and bad food do not go! The hotel is in need of a major make-over. The room was clean though. The is no, none, zip luxury or quality in this place. The dinner in the restaurant was seriously the worst meal in years! How the chef (?) managed to ruin both meat and vegetables in a goullash-dish is a mystery. All vegetables tasted the same - of metal! The meat had an old, dusty weird taste though swimming in a sticky brown sauce. Only reason for one star: Clean room. Ok breakfast buffet. And a nice view of the valley five minutes walk from the hotel. But you can get easily get all of that elsewhere in a much nicer and cheaper place. Can not recommend this place at all.
