  Horrible place. Don't go.

  I was traveling in Cambodia solo for 15 days. I didn't want to go to the capitol sinse have to take the airplane back to Hong Kong. This hotel is horrible. I chose this one thinking to spend some more dollars but have a nice and Confortable room before leaving. The stairs of the hotels are scary and dark. Everything is dirty. The hall the room and the toilet. The service is not even so polite. And they ask you to pay just at the check-in. Never happened before in Cambodia. The position also is horrible. And at night especially quite uncomfortable. I would like to understand why on booking this place is rated so good. The wrost hotel I have ever been in my life. And also in Cambodia. Don't go there!!!!

  Spacious clean quiet family room

  Fab spacious family room (for 5 of us)very clean and quiet. Staff are very helpful. A new lift is being installed at the moment so that is a little slow but not a big deal and we heard no building work. Nice pool & rooftop bar.

  Very good Skybar, really good cocktails

  Very good place for relaxing at the pool and having a really good cocktail (definitely not as the cocktails you get too often in Cambodia, if you know what I mean). Very friendly staff at the bar. All as promised. Pool very clean and chilling. We would go there again.

  Nice Room - Good Restaurant

  We stayed 3 nights and had a spacious comfortable room (see photo). It was close to a western style convenience store (Superdooper) where we could buy things we were familiar with. Also close the central market and other palces of interest.

  Pool is not working and air conditioning is poor

  Where do I start. We booked this hotel with a pool and had communication prior to arrival that everything we wanted would be there. Upon arrival the pool was out of service and will not be working for another week. The safe in the room was broken and some front of house staff are unapproachable and rude. This is not the case for Asian visitors. The menu gave my wife and I upset stomachs. The tv did not work at all for 24hrs and the air conditioning is non existent. You are in the middle of china town here and there is rubbish and rats outside of the building, with a horrific smell. Gym, steam and sauna is good. The staff at the front of house (tall Man with good English), restaurant staff and bar staff are excellent! I should imagine if things worked this place would be good but you could get better value for money elsewhere. We moved and this was true.
