  Ok but nothing special

  Hotel is good economynoption for stay in Almaty due to low prices but ... My first problem is that wall are thick as paper, i have heard everything from the neighboors room. Second is that staff baerly speaks english, brekfast was aceptable. Generally hotel is ok but nothing special.

  Very convenient location.

  I was there on August. The first good thing is location very near to the center of the city. The staff is good very kind. Room is little bit small and I asked higher floor but they gave me room in 3 floor. Overall expression is good. The bad thing is breakfast the quality of foods was poor and there is no banana it should be improved!!!

  I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights because my usual hotel was fully booked and the hotel is conveniently located to my office. Ive stayed at numerous hotels in Kazakhstan: Im therefore reasonably thick skinned when it comes to central Asian service. The good: -the hotel is in fairly good repair although it does show some signs of age. - the rooms, well my room anyway, is spacious. - the location is good for people: good for people on business and on a reasonably quite street. - price: cheap as chips for Almaty. The bad: - generally typical central Asian staff: unsmiling with poor at best English language skills. The ugly: Nothing. Overall: the hotel is OK overall and given the price acceptable for a short stay.

  It was a good deal.

  I stayed in a suite with two large room, each with a bathroom. Very spacious. The best part of the suite was a wonderful shower with great water pressure and very hot water. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet would satisfy most people. I didn't have time to explore the area much, but I walked passed several cafes. A super market is a short walk away. The staff seemed disinterested in the guests, in the Russian manner, but they were there to help when needed. I thought the room was a good value.

  Excellent!

  They are so kind. Highly recommended! It was so comfortable hotel and the best location!) I asked them a cup of tea without payment they will do it) Our rooms are so clean and the weather system working!
