  Un buen hotel para disfrutar de la playa

  Es un buen hotel que a pesar que se nota que ya tiene sus años , las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. El personal es muy correcto y amable y puedes disfrutar de su zona de saunas y spa , así como de su piscina interior , lo que todavía hace su estancia más agradable . Sólo se echa de menos en el restaurante un poco de comida más orientada al público español , tanto en los desayunos como en las comidas o las cenas , también los horarios que son algo justos para un hotel de este tipo .

  Perfecto para bailar los Pajaritos

  Habría que empezar por decir cuál es el tipo de turismo que se hace en la isla de Rügen y más a finales de septiembre, que es cuando fuimos nosotros. Se asemeja a lo que sería Torrevieja pero para los jubilados alemanes. Nosotros viajábamos por negocios y realmente el hotel sólo lo pisábamos para ir a dormir. No cenamos ahí, sólo desayunábamos. El desayuno es variado y de calidad media, nada alejado del estándar de los hoteles alemanes, aunque muy apreciable que haya una persona haciendo tortillas y huevos fritos. Las habitaciones son otra cosa. Van bien en tamaño, pero al decoración es cuanto menos rústica y curiosa. No era precisamente de mi gusto, pues podía acabar dando una imagen de anticuada. Realmente, es un hotel viejo. Y respecto al servicio, se hubiese agradecido que el personal hablase algo mejor el inglés, hubo momentos en los que costaba muchísimo entender y hacerse entender

  Worst ever

  If you would like good service choose somewhere else to stay. No parking, no room before 3 pm, no sunchairs availible. We have been travelling around in Germany, this is such a disappointment. You will not get what you pay for.

  Holiday by the Sea

  Binz was a lovely destination and this hotel a good find. Location was great. The hotel itself has nice amenities however its seen some wear and tear. The room was spacious and well appointed and exceptionally clean, just old. The bathroom was great with a deep soaking tub, but the drains in it and the sink were overdue for unclogging. The breakfast and dinner buffets (included) were a great value. Service was decent in the restaurants. The view from the restaurant was amazing. Indoor pool and spa were nice. Spa could have been warmer since the pool was rather brisk. On day one there were some children in the spa and they should not have been allowed as the sign stated no one under age of 16 so they need to monitor that with younger children. The rentals on the Strandkorb was unclear and should have been explained upon check in to save us the walk to the beach only to be informed it had to be arranged back at the front desk. Again as above they needed some maintenance as they have some loose parts. Overall I would return as I believe the destination is fantastic and the value was decent, they should just consider a refurbishment or upgrade to the public areas as they were a bit of a time warp.

  Nice hotel who forgets COVID-19

  Nice hotel with the best location at the beach. The hotel is getting old but it is still ok. We stayed here in August 2020, the Corona pandemic just started to gain more cases again and this hotel doesn't care! It was like a horror movie! During breakfast the staff did not wear their mouth and nose protection correct, the breakfast buffet was just like before corona, all guest walked around without social distancing touching the same cutlery, some with very poor mouth and nose protection!! Kids running around touching everything. The not very friendly staff told us absolutely not to sit outside because of the seagulls! What a joke! The seagulls hung around the beach every day without bothering us. The staff didn't want us to sit outside because they would have to circle out to us every once in a while. Lots of people, many elderly, sitting indoor close to each other. A disaster! I asked for money back for breakfast since my family didn't dare to eat under the circumstances but no way! The girl at the reception just said they didn't have rates without breakfast, she didn't even understand the problem. In the reception they had but marks on the floor making people keep social distance but when the guests forgot, no-one from the staff noticed. Very sad! The hotel does not have enough parking so we had to drive around the block to an abandoned hospital and park there. Would had been ok if the didn't took a fortune for it! All in all it is a shame, this could have been so nice but it was awful!
