  Peace and Tranquility

  We stayed at Shangri-La / Eden View for 4 nights over a weekend in January. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home in this lovely manor which is so tastefully decorated. This is a family run business and each of them were just as helpful as the next. We were showed to our room which was the most beautiful / large room with a lovely balcony over looking this large private estate. The rooms are beautifully decorated with lovely art work, fully air conditioned with powerful showers . The food which was prepared for me in the evenings was a real treat and felt like I was sitting in a 5* restaurant, (thanks Mariaan). Breakfasts were delicious and I cannot wait to return to this beautiful Manor in the near future. Well done guys, I will be back.....

  True heaven on earth!!

  We had the pleasure of staying about 9 nights over Christmas and new year, besides being the most beautiful place we were made to feel like we were part of the family, The Christmas decor is something out of a fairy tale and the cheese board and food was some of the best we've ever had :) Thank you for a holiday to remember :)

  Amazing Wedding

  We just had the most beautiful wedding at Shangri-La Manor and it looked like something from a Fairy tale. Mariaan, Tjaard and Juhan went out of their way and spared no expense to make the day special. After a beautiful Ceremony, we moved to the deck by the swimming pool where we and our guests were served with stunning Finger platters. After that we moved into the Dining Room area where an amazing array of food was served on a spectacularly decorated table and room. The night in the Honeymoon suite was so special and I think you need to spend at least a few night there to get to all the special things that it offered. We can only rate this place at the highest in terms of setting, service and everything that it offers. Abri & Adele Le Roux

  Excellent service,macinificent venue!

  This was a wonderful venue,with oustanding service. We would definitely come back. The people are so warm,friendly and helpful. The peace and quiet is wonderful, all we needed to break away. We would recommend this for anyone.

  Festive vacation stay

  Juhan and his family went above and beyond for us and our christmas eve festivities. Great service, great food, spacious rooms and a view and setting that really does the name justice. Highly recommend!
