  Great location for ski in/ski out

  We saw 2 diff units since friends also stayed there. Ours was pretty dated with old appliances, leftover dishware and flatware. The couch was horrible! Really need to invest in a new one. Really seemed like it was furnished with original furniture or leftover stuff from a main household. Good things: kitchen was well appointed (spices, pots, pans, bakeware and other small appliances), ski in/out was great! Nice to have a hot tub and pool to hang out at. thanks for providing towels. Lots of games, old movies and binoculars to use. Although a little on the old/tired side, it had all we needed to have a great time in Steamboat. Our friend's unit was beautiful so I guess it is the luck of the draw.

  Great value and Convenient Ski In/Ski Out

  We've stayed in three units in the lower building (Units 1 - 12) over the last two years. Nice location with easy access coming and going. All three units were nicely decorated and equipped. Spacious and comfortable. Nice views of the mountain and good sunlight throughout the day. Have not seen the higher number units, but they seem to have much poorer access to the slopes. The management company was attentive and kept the lot and access roads well plowed. Pool was just a few steps away from the building. Not all units can access the pool. Too far to walk to the base shops but good shuttle service, so you don't need a car if you are patient. I'd recommend a vehicle if you've small children or want instant transport.

  Awesome Location and Views come with a Comfortable Cozy Townhome

  Spent a week here skiing and snowmobiling with my two college age daughters in unit 13. The check in process with property manager was easy and efficient. The home was clean and tastefully furnished/decorated and everything worked great. It really felt cozy during out stay with the gas fireplace and comfortable couches. And the views of the valley were amazing! The ski in and ski out process was easy and convenient after a good short explanation on access from the property management company. The hot tub was an added bonus. My daughters really enjoyed soaking after skiing and we appeared to be the only home with one in the building. Overall a wonderful place to stay for your next ski vacation in Steamboat.

  Secluded, but close to services

  We rented unit 10 from Visit Steamboat. The management team is tops. When our original unit was no longer available (sold), they offered us this upgrade. Being on the mountain gave us gorgeous views off the decks and easy access to hiking trails. The beds are firm and very comfortable. The lower level bedrooms are a bit dark, and the one with two queens has a locked closet (so theres no place to hang clothes in that room). The king bed is on the top level and is surely toasty warm in the winter. This was summerdays in the upper 80swhich presented a challenge in keeping this room cool. We closed up in the day and ran the fans at night. The townhouse is well stocked, even a spice cabinet. The open layout means that even while working at the sink you can enjoy the view out two stories of windows and be part of the conversation. The wifi was fast and handled our multiple devices. The TV is of modest size, but we could access Netflix and many cable stations. Although we were only 5 minutes from shops and restaurants, we felt quite secluded, tucked in the aspens and conifers.

  Great location, well furnished & comfortable

  We loved the location, it was in the mountains, yet close enough to town. Great hiking right out your door. Shops & restaurants within walking distance. Well maintained & nice amenities! We highly recommend this place!
