  Christmas Eve

  We like to stay overnight on Christmas Eve at someplace charming and magical. The Three Village Inn was the perfect choice. Its always beautifully decorated at this time of year. The lobby was cozy and bright with an open fireplace and plates of cookies. The host who greeted us was exceptionally kind and hospitable. It felt like a home away from home. The cottage room was lovely and quiet, with a view of the harbor. Im always a little nervous about not sleeping well in any hotel, but that turned out to be a non-issue to say the least. The bed, the pillows, and the comforter were utterly extraordinary. I think I may have had the best sleep of the year there! I had to write them later and ask where they purchase their pillows, mattresses and comforters. The quality of those articles make such a difference in comfort and restfulness. Delicious coffee and a light breakfast made Christmas morning a delight. Weve found a new Christmas tradition. I cant wait to go back next year. Next time we will get the cottage room with a fireplace. Three Village Inn is a Long Island treasure. Even if you dont stay there, treat yourself to a holiday season Brunch at their restaurant and enjoy the absolutely charming town of StonyBrook, a must-see at Christmas!

  TRUE REVIEW: BEST HOTEL I'VE BEEN TO IN 20 YEARS!!!

  So I travel quite frequently and experience 2 star to 5 star properties..I try to rate honestly and open minded for fellow travelers. So here it is: First:the staff treats you as if you're royalty, seriously, unbelievable treatment. Second: the property is perfectly contrasted between old world charm and modern living. Third: location, location, location... in the heart of beautiful Stony Brook! Lastly: I could go on for a long time, but the bottom line is phenomenal! OH WAIT FOR IT... THE RESTAURANT ON PROPERTY IS YES IT IS! YOU MUST GO! Ronald made it all I have written here..

  Anniversary Disappointment

  So my wife and I stayed here back in August, we enjoy Stony Brook and thought we would stay the night. We had a small room but it was nice and we enjoyed ourselves. While sitting at their bar my wife decided she wanted to come for our 28th wedding anniversary, so I walked up to the main desk and reserved a specific room with their anniversary package, paying in advance for the room and package. Fast forward a month and it's our anniversary, we go to check in, they had our reservation but no record of the anniversary package and they gave our room away! They did attempt to give us another room which I think is their wedding suite. The room smelled musty, the carpets where stained beyond belief, the fire place did not work, it was just awful. We wound up staying in the small room we had a month ago. In the morning I went to check out and asked to see the manager, they where to busy to see us and sent the person who was helping us back to say she could refund the difference of the room rate. We walked out feeling used and abused, never again!

  Amazing location for the perfect wedding!

  I got married here on 1/17/2021 and it was amazing! The staff was great, the room is beautiful, everyone was so helpful and made our special day even better. The manager Adam is my favorite person! Super helpful, hard working and all around nice guy. If i had to redo my wedding, i would do everything the same. Thank you Adam & Three Village Inn

  Disappointed

  My lobster roll at the restaurant was fabulous! However the room was very disappointing. I thought I was stepping into a remake of Psycho. Yes, it was clean, however the furniture was stained, one K-cup for regular coffee and an annoying loud duct taped air conditioner. Three hundred dollars. Really? And no breakfast as advertised online.
