  Lovely

  Booked this with my 9 year old son for a Friday night away. Hotel very well laid out with Covid information staff helpful and friendly enough. The spa etc wasnt open but the pool was but you have to book a time slot and its lanes only, the hot tub wasnt open either. We had a club room, which was lovely and faced the motorway. Bath over shower with spa shampoo and shower gel. No conditioner tho seemed like someone couldnt be bothered putting that in and put an extra shampoo in, instead... Beds are always very comfy and we slept really well for nearly 9 hours which is unheard of for me haha The only thing I would say which we were disappointed with was theres no info about booking the hotel restaurant when you book online and we couldnt get in to eat so had to leave the hotel and find somewhere close by. This should be prompted when you book.

  Nice

  Found this hotel at a great price of £69 a night so we booked 2 nights right by the motorway noise wasnt noticed, hotel clean and pleasant bed very hard but to own preference, restaurant staff lovely but only 2 staff and quite busy, COVID restrictions all taken and well ran really happy with our stay

  Good Value for Money

  Booked the Love your weekend deal for £109 which includes bed and breakfast and £40 towards your evening meal, in these trying times for all,Hotel staff were helpful friendly and worked well with all Covid restrictions, Plenty of choice on the menu and all freshly cooked, Breakfast was either continental of full English served at your table Would Recommend give it a Try

  Great overnight stay

  I stayed with my daughter on the 21st August and was very impressed with the stations and procedures put in place in view of the current covid situation. Social distancing markers, and sanitation stations were visible and being usedand everyonecwas wearing a mask. My daughter is only 5 and loved her first experience at a hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the breakfast service was well organised. We were well looked after and the morning staff were so polite, one member of staff in particular was so great with my daughter. When we were leaving the cafe a member of staff came to find us and gave my daughter an activity pack that she absolutely loved. We will definitely be staying again.

  Family Stay Over

  Yet another enjoyable experience at a different Village hotel, no matter the venue the quality remains high and the level of service is always good. Even better, that value for money makes it the only choice for us as a family when visiting any major town or city in the UK. Especially so given the offer that includes food vouchers, breakfast and access to the gym and spa facilities, who can argue with value like that. Can't wait for our next over night stay in a town or city somewhere new!
