  Rude staff

  Extremely uninterested lady in reception. Never look up just showed paper over the desk.Not an hallo or smile to be seen!! Got the strong feeling I was disturbing her some way by checking in... rooms good size, clean, comfortable beds but no temperature control. Breakfast ok. The worst was the extremely rude man in the restaurant. After waiting half an hour after sitting down I asked my 11 year old if he could go and ask for menus ( he is well travelled and knows his manner). He found the menus pick one up and turned to the man to ask if he could take on. The man slammed his hand on the menus and shouted at him.!! After ordering we had to wait 45 min for food ( food was ok). Not a smile from the waiter all night ( in these situations we always go very polite to see if we can get a better responds but nothing cheered this man up..) We have travelled extensively all over the world as a family but this is the worst service we have ever received. Gave me an opportunity to teach my kids on how to handle rude people with a smile and not to let other people bring you down!!

  Very clean and comfortable place

  We stayed at Linden 3 Hotel for 3 days and we definitely recommend it. Very kind and helpful receptionists, although their English is not very good. Clean and comfortable room at a very decent price. Very good breakfast. The hotel is around 10 minutes by car to the city centre. Free parking.

  Good bed and dinner for the night

  I stayed here in August 2019 having been booked in by a colleague. We are in the restaurant outside and the food and service was good. Noisy room at the front but it was hot and I wanted the window open. Comfortable and basic but ok.

  Near A9 and a splendid restaurant in Pherdestall

  On a way back from Rome, we took a quick decision to spend the night at a hotal. Hotel 3 Lindin is near the A9 autobahn and we where surprise how good the hotel was. Fine spacy room, clean, nice staff, quite cheap and a restaurant/bar - Pherdestall - with good and plenty food. Noted as a place to stay for us, when we drive to the southern parts of Europw.

  Coming back !

  All I can say again that this hotel is great. Rooms are comfortable and clean and a decent size. The breakfast is really incredible with everything you could wish for from hot food to cold cuts and much more. Lovely staff and a good restaurant next door. Just the think for business or pleasure!
