  A very comfortable stay for a week of work.

  The Suites Hotel is a bit outside of the downtown Leipzig area, but there are convenient train connections - with the stations about a 5-7 minute walk away (you can by train tickets at the desk). It is walking distance from Helmholtz University (where I was working). The suites are big and spacious, the beds comfortable, the internet connection good, and the bathrooms spacious. There are only a limited number of English t.v. stations, but many in German, of course. My shower shot from too-hot to too-cold, but I managed. Everything else about the room was fine. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse, and changed from day to day. The restaurant for dinner was just ok (but there aren't many other eating options in walking distance, except a supermarket in the same building). The building itself is bright and airy with open sky lighting and a glass elevator. Best of all, the price was relatively inexpensive, especially considering the confort and the room. Overall, a nice stay.

  Activity

  The Bollywood studio tour was an interesting experience since I am a big Bollywood fan. Learnt a lot about Bollywood from my guide who has vast knowledge about Bollywood. It was a very nice tour with nice guidance.

  A nice hotel with lots of space

  This hotel is about 20 min away from the city center and you can reach it with tram 3 and bus 90, both have a reasonable schedule. The hotel has nice suites with a separate bedroom, kitchen and a nice sofa to hang out if the weather is not that nice. The restaurant is good, tasty food, good quality and reasonable prices. They are all very helpful and friendly. There is a supermarket next door if you want to do some self provisioning.

  Friendly Staff & Lovely family accommodation

  We stayed here for a week as a family of four, comprising of 2 children age 9 & 11 from 27th - 03rd Jan 18 to attend our friend's wedding. Unfortunately our flight was canx so we did not make the first night. Hotel is located outside of town but approx a 20 euro trip into the main town and 10 min trip. We did take a tram into town and you just need to ensure you have enough 1 euro coins for the journey, it cost the four of us 19 euros one way. For the four of us it was better value to take a taxi in. There is also a bus service but we had not used this. Room size was perfect with plenty of space and clean, plenty of storage for clothes, clean, plenty of light, perfect size bathroom although the bath was narrow when trying to dodge the shower curtain. Beds were comfortable, including the converted sofa bed for my children. kitchen was small but efficient to what was needed. Reception did provide a toaster and washing up liquid upon request. Although we did have Breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast was great - hot and cold food provided, they also provided for gluten free so my son was very pleased. Also coffee was really good too. Improvements would be to have a In-room safe, although we did use the hotel safe daily and better wifi. We did get some free allowance of wifi data with the room. Would have been nice to have a television in the bedroom as well as the lounge area as our children used the one in the lounge, but again this did not cause us any issues. We did request extra bedding and used one of their hotel Plug adaptors, and again staff were really helpful. We was really pleased with our stay and all staff throughout the hotel, reception, and breakfast were really helpful at all times and very friendly. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. The hotel does have a sauna and car park and laundry services which we did not use. They did have a private party for NYE which they converted the Reception area and it looked lovely. There is a burger king and a supermarket for basic provision within very close walking distance.

  Good value for the money, clean suites, kind staff.

  We have stayed in Suite Hotel Leipzig just for one night when we attended World Dog Show in 2017 in Leipzig. Hotel itself is quite well reachable from "Messegelände" (exhibition centre), it's like 10 minutes by car. Hotel is clean, suite was quite large and well furnished (various utensils, coffee maker, microwave,...). I can imagine staying there a couple of days with family (even small kids) woul'd be no problem. Restaurant was also fine. Pros: cleanliness, size of suites, friendly staff, restaurant, breakfasts Cons: Internet - you have to call reception for a "key", then you can connect ONE device... C'mon! It's 2017! :-) Overall: RECOMMENDED ;-)
