  Overall good apartment

  This apartment was great. It was furnished stylishly with modern ideas pleasing to the eye. There were even flower lights which looked lovely. The beds were very comfortable and I got a very good sleep in them. However, the bathroom smelled a little. This was very minor problem so dont worry. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back. These apartments dont get enough credit!

  Guess who we shared the hall with?

  The room was quite good and the location was great. Unfortunately, the experience was pretty much ruined at the the end when we discovered that on the same floor, there were at least two prostitutes sharing a room and accepting johns at all hours. We were shocked and weren't sure exactly how to react so we asked a local friend who visited us to advise us. He recommended solving this quietly so as to not make a scene or cause embarrassment to the friendly owner. So he sent him an email and got the weirdest reply ever. But we decided to give it a day. And nothing happened. They were still across the hall saying howdy to customers all day and night long, while the owner and his family claim to live in the next room. I don't know if he's oblivious, doesn't care or won't dare to cause a scene but the prostitutes were still there last we knew, just down the hall from us. This place advertises itself as a family and kid friendly place. Thank the Lord we decided to leave our kids at home instead of subjecting them to this. The stay in Iceland has been great, we met a lot of old friends and the country is beautiful and amazing and in all honesty this is a great location and good rooms. But the thing that always be top of mind when we think about this trip was what was going on across the hall. This place calls itself Central Premium Luxury Apartments - premium and luxury do not go hand in hand with what was in plain sight.

  CPLA 4th floor apartment with balcony

  Exactly what we booked and needed. Quiet room on the top floor with great views from the balcony. Close to bus stop 9 for excursions and walking distance to local foodhall, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Easy access to apartment as all info re keysafe was provided by email prior to our arrival.

  Great location. Needs a little TLC

  Fabulous location & great apartment for what we needed. Large spacious living area & bathroom. The place could do with a total deep clean as wasnt the cleanest was our only issue. A little more attention to detail would go along way as the light finishings in the second bedroom were dangerous. Overall no problems host was great quick response & location was excellent for exploring the city. Could do with a booklet explaining where things in the apartment are ie hairdryer, toilet rolls etc as a nice touch.. also a list of recommended bars & places to eat would be a lovely added touch. Basic but Not luxury... good for a base when out and about just needs a little more TLC.

  Fab apartment

  We were put in here after a mix up with our booking, lucky us these apartments were so luxurious very well equipped, so clean and secure warm and we had our own utility room even better it was right on the main strip so never needed taxi or had to walk far. Lots of shops places to eat bars, also all buses, pick ups were minutes away.
