  estancia muy agradable

  el personal muy amable, habitaciones confortables, muy limpio, el entorno tranquilo y agradable. lejos del centro pero muy bien comunicado. mereció la pena. me encantó que dejaran entrar mascotas. el desayuno muy bien.

  Services not good enough

  The room was ok , clean and big enough, bathroom as well. The main problems were linked to internet access, there was not enough signal to connect with wifi, it was impossible to access internet. TV , only german Tv channels , it was impossible to watch TV . In conclusion at 9.30 I was already sleeping , at last I rested enough.

  Magnífico hotel sostenible

  Espectacular establecimiento ecológico y sostenible de tres estrellas superior en el distrito de Wilhelmsburg muy cerca de la parada del metro. Las habitaciones están completamente hechas de madera y equipadas con la última tecnología de ahorro de energía. Se trata de habitaciones espaciosas, cómodas y exquisitamente amuebladas con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia. El desayuno es abundante y muy rico, tipo buffet, se sirve en el precioso restaurante Wilhelms anexo al hall de entrada. ¡Hotel absolutamente recomendable!

  Quirky and modern hotel

  We stayed in this modern and forest-themed hotel during the Christmas holidays and liked it very much. The hotel is situated in a modern neighbourhood just outside Hamburg city centre. This meant that the surroundings (big park!) were quiet but the city was always close-by: it's only 10min to reach Hamburg main station using the S-Bahn which runs every ten minutes or so. Every room in the hotel is dedicated to a different tree and the whole hotel has been built and is operated in a way that is ecologically friendly, so you do not have to feel bad staying there. Our room was big and clean and the hotel staff very friendly. We had breakfast there one morning, which was great. The restaurant in the hotel also offers dinner and is a work integration project, so the hotel also has a social next to an ecological mission. Only downside: as so often we found the room rather hot. It was unfortunately not possible to fully open the window and the AC in the room did not have any effect. Also: upgrade the information you provide to the guest in the rooms: according to the information folder the next pharmacy was 1,2 kms away, but one now seems to be just around the corner (as part of a living complex for seniors), so much closer by.

  Comfortable and clean hotel

  The hotel is quite conveniently located in somewhat peaceful surroundings (no noise during the night whatsoever) but still quite near a train station. Naturally, it is not close to the central. Parking is not the most convenient as there is a few hundred meters distance from the parking lot to the hotel. The room was quite spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The interior in the room as well as in the hotel in general is different than usually. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was about average quality and selection but maybe a bit overpriced.
