Poorest hotel we stayed at allover the world

Probably the poorest hotel of them all. I don`t have anything personal with anyone, should this be thought, but honestly, for the price we paid we got very bad services. To begin with, the parking. On the website we booked through it was stated "private parking available". For the hotel size, I can`t imagine how this parking was full. Let`s not mention the front of the hotel, there was no spot to park and unload luggage. Cars behind were honking once I started unloading luggage. Unfortunately we booked through initalia-it (not booking-com since booking-com told us that no more rooms are available (hotel was not listed due to this reason); I regret that I cannot leave feedback on booking-com because of this). Once you just asked what is that "private parking available" on their website they say your car is not their problem and they direct you to the most expensive parking (near the beach). Horrible staff. Not all know English, but only a nice young lady who tries to be as polite as she can, asking apologies for the inconveniences when other staff is not around. All respect for her. DO NOT RESERVE DINNER WITH THIS HOTEL... GOD FORBID!!! I love Italian cuisine, should it be antipasti, pasta, pizza, just name it: I don`t think I will refuse more than 5-10 types of food out of 100. This is the reason we have chosen the dinner at the hotel. To our surprise, the dinner was horrible. Beans + cucumber in ham (not any type of prosciutto) + 1 slice of fainted tomato for antipasti. Too-long-cooked-pasta with seafood (4 pieces of 1cm worth of shrimp) for pasta (cmon people, why couldn`t you boil the pasta just as much as it needed? SHAME ON YOU!). Meat ball or a small piece of grilled pork with very little weed-like-tasting spinach as the second course (not tasty at all). Two thin slices of ananas as "the cookie". I mean really, I could have done a better menu myself. Really, the hotel dinner was a huge joke. And it was 12 euros per person. Ain`t worth it. Better go out and grab a good pasta / lasagna / pizza / piadina or whatever your heart desires. At least you will get a good meal. After we had the dinner served at the hotel`s restaurant we were like: "Ok now, so where do we go to grab some food?" The buffet breakfast was not bright either. Anyway, it was way better than the dinner. At least we could get some decent food to start the day with. Other CONS: TV was not working (problems with the wall socket, makes electric arches), bed light was not working either (toasted light bulb). I regret booking this hotel. Still, it was close to the beach and to the city center. The beach chairs had discount (10 euros per umbrella with two sunbeds instead of full 18 euros price). All these being said, I wish you all a nice stay wherever you booked, and try to avoid this hotel. This is my humble advice.

One of the best hotels in Rimini!!!

Really beautiful hotel! It is good located. It takes only 5 min to go to the beach and there're lots of bars, food markets and another shops nearby. Nevertheless there are quite enough in rooms. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious. I wish to visit Rimini again and undoubtedly I'd like to stay at this hotel again!

the worst hotel in all rimini.

the hotel is absolutely not as in the pictures, it is dirty and smelly, there is no such thing as restaurant area or living room. Really awfull place. It is located behind some buildings and at night the streets you must walk trough to get to the hotel are so dark giving you the feeling of being dangeorous. The bathroom and shower are super tiny and the bed clothes and towels were old. When i arrived to the hotel and watch all this things i did not stayed. just like that. i did not stayed. Also, the hotel shamelessly charged me the first night "because of policies". Honestly and from my heart you dont want to stay in a place like this.

    better than a tent

Let's start with the positive things! - you can controll the air conditioner - cleaning every day And the bad part: - Bed is bad... worst ever! - There is no fridge or minibar in the room. - Around noon they turn off the air conditions centrally. - Breakfast: not like on the photos! 80% sweets: pies, cakes, joghurt, muesli. No fruits, no vegetables, no eggs, no frankfurter. - Do not reserve dinner!!! I love Italian cuisine but the hotel dinner was a joke. Anyway, we lost weight at the end of the week. :) Salad at first. Corn (tin can), carrot (frozen food), etc.. 10-12 piece of pasta (for example fusilli) + tomato sauce. Dessert: a small piece of watermelon. I ordered a Sprite, it has expired in March (3 EUR, 0,33l). It's cheaper to eat something good outside. - 99% Italian tv chanels, 1% Russian. - The building is noisy. You can hear everything: kitchen, air condition's outdoor unit (it's on the roof), neighbours, neighbours of your neighbours... - The safe didn't work beacuse of the battery. We asked the recepcionist to change it, we would like to use it. Nothing happened in 7 days (It was a problem at least two other rooms.) - The shower is very-very tiny. - English... we understood each other somehow.
